Send the customer a preliminary inspection through images and videos provided by Lovino.
Step 4: Finish touches
Make adjustments and finalize the product according to the customer's feedback.
Step 5: Final check
Send the customer the completed product for inspection through images and videos.
Step 6: Packing and Sending
Package and ship the product.
Estimated delivery: 3–4 days depending on the location.

We only ship within the United States. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will not be processed.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
